Today I am posting this from Portsmouth, and as you can see it was a lovely day for a run around Langston Harbour! Those of you who are not so familiar with the area, Langston Harbour lies between Portsmouth and Chichester harbour and is home to a large nature reserve. I'm sure there were a few bird watchers sniggering as this big yellow bird trundled her way 6 miles through the grasses!
I felt good running today and soothed my saddle sores away! It was nice to have a change of scenery and fresh air, than running parallel to traffic congested roads in Twickenham!!
